Dr. Griffith's Unique Practice
I am passionate about helping people overcome chronic pain using a mind-body approach that integrates yoga and chiropractic care. My approach is holistic, acknowledging both the mental and emotional aspects of health in addition to physical health, and the interplay between them. I have a program called Back to Wellness which is a comprehensive care program that includes clinical care along with a wellness bundle. The wellness bundle provides patients with access to my online program "Yoga for Back Pain" featuring education, movement, and meditation designed specifically for people with back pain. It also provides 1 year access to my online membership called "Mind-Body Daily," a platform that houses a library of yoga classes, meditations and wellness trainings to cultivate a habit around mind-body practices with a focus on health optimization. Patients in this program also receive a home-care kit with a variety of pain-relief products to help them kick-start their healing journey.
My chiropractic practice is unique in that the follow-up appointments use a variety of tools and techniques including meditative acupuncture, a treatment I created that fuses traditional Chinese medicine and guided meditation. The meditations in this series focus on emotional regulation and stress reduction to address the psychological component of pain.
While under my care, patients move through four phases of treatment to eliminate pain, restore movement, build resilience and optimize their health, with each phase separated by a milestone assessment where we go through a comprehensive assessment to ensure patients are meeting their goals and are satisfied with their care.
