Lori Stevenson's Unique Practice
At Synergy Sport Therapy, we have a client centred, specialized approach to prevention, maintenance and rehabilitation, offering mostly 1 hour appointment time slots to allow for thorough assessment, treatment and home exercise planning and education. We have a dynamic group of therapists with varying educational backgrounds utilizing modalities such as cupping, electroacupuncture, muscle activation techniques, taping, and exercise based therapy. Our approach is therapeutic and active, giving ownership to clients as they navigate their journey to improve their function and pain.
Areas of Focus and Specialization
Current: with my Athletic Therapy background, return to sport programming, assessment and rehab, deep tissue massage, cupping, taping and Electro acupuncture are specialty skills.
Developing: Currently going through the education process for Oromyofunctional Therapy, goals to specialize more knowledge in craniosacral therapy and TMJ assessment in the future.
